amazon pre-order cancelled but still shows as purchased - Blu-ray Forum

has this happened to anyone before? It's been like this for a while. It shows up as purchased both when I go to the page with the product and in my recommendations page under items I own. I hope it's just a bug in software and not something they are counting as returning an item (if you have an excessive number of returns, they are said to flag or close your account). Maybe it's a glitch from their pre-order price guarantee thing. When I click on the thing on the product page that links to my order, it shows up as cancelled ... so that part is fine.

Try removing editing it in MyMediaLibrary.

I myself cancelled the order ... and it says the order was cancelled and I received email saying it was cancelled ... it's just that it still says "you purchased this" on the product page and shows up on my recommendations as an item I "own" ... hope that was clear.

Should I send off an email to them to make sure they won't charge and ship me?

Didn't even know that existed. What's it for?

I looked there and it's not there at all. Just on product page and recommendations page under item I own.

I would email amazon and confirm it's canceled. I would assume it's canceled but it's possible something got screwed up and they'll still ship it (and charge it) to you.

You know what else is funky is that a whole bunch of items (BDs) are not included in amazon's my media library even though I purchased some of them from amazon! They show up on recommendations and product page as purchases from amazon though.

It's just a place to show off your library and share it with others.

D'oh! It's called YourMediaLibrary and can be accessed from Amazon's "Your Lists" menu.
