Ashes of Time Redux!

This movie has been re-released (and "re-cut) to prepare us for it's Blu-ray version. I saw it last night in theaters, and although I thought it was a good movie on my crappy VCD, it felt like a completely different film.
It was completely mind-blowing and was an experience unlike any other movie I've seen. Be warned it is a very grainy film, so don't expect the overly slick visuals you get from hollywood films today.
But what you can expect are visuals unlike anything you have ever seen, simply through unusual shots, effects and wild color manipulation.
Anyway, I can't recommend any film as much as this one, and I expect it to be leaving theaters tomorrow.
