Ok i no some ppl won't care to much about the release over here cause the audio is only standard DD 5.1. Personally i don't think you will get much difference with a TH track.

But i thought i post this any way just to give you guys an idea of what to expect for the PQ.

i'm waiting on the warner release just for the true hd.. although i've seen the film countless times - i originally bought it on vhs.. i never bought the dvd for various reasons.. i just like the idea of having the best version thats out there.. i'm sure picture quality will be equal on US/Uk version.. they probably share the same encode... i bet warner had orignally planned to release the title with just dolby digital until they got quite a lot of pointed feedback on releasing titles without lossless.... id say thats why the US release is a couple of months behind the Uk release also..

I've got this & the PQ is a big step up from that nasty dvd they released a few years ago.

First day buy for me.

I got this over the weekend. The picture quality is reasonable, and a huge improvement from the DVD version I have, but not spectacular. Well worth the buy if you're a big fan, or if you don't own it already.
