Question about netflix blu rays...

i've been a netflix member for many years now and have been getting and enjoying blu-rays from them since they began carrying them.

Recently i received "Don't mess with Zohan" and "The Love Guru". At first attempt neither of them played. So I updated my firmware on my Sony S300 a day ago and Zohan played without an issue. I thought the problem was solved. a few days later I go to play Love Guru and it loads on the Sony Blu Ray screen for a while then displays the message "Can't Play/Read Disc". I tried 3 or 4 more times powering off in between each try, no luck.

I am wondering if there is something I am doing wrong, or if it is possibly a lame disc? ...oh yea before updating the firmware Love Guru was giving me an error relating to Region Codes.

I've only had one bad Blu from Netflix. I tried many times to get it to play then finally noticed a very small, almost invisible crack in it. The rest have played fine as long as my firmware was good.

If they look good, report the problem and get replacements shipped and try again.

I've had a few like this. Two in my last batch of 4 actually.
