Netflix Question - Blu-ray Forum

I have never been a netflix member, but wanted to know if I join and rent a tv series do they know enough to send them in order or is there a way to specify that you want them that way. would like any input before I join. or is bbv a better choice when it comes to that? Thanks for the help

they send them in order of how they are placed in your queue or baed off of availability

so if you have season 1 then season 2 then season 3 in that order, 1 well go first

but if 1 is un available, they well send you 2

maybe a dumb question but let say season one has 5 discs do they send u just one of them or all 5? And are they in order? Thanks for the fast replies

You get as many at a time as your membership plan allows for. So if you are on 3/time plan then you can get the first 3 disks

They also have instant access which you can watch alot of TV series on as well. My biggest gripe with them at this point is they have gotten very slow at getting and sending back out DVDs. Also, new Blu-Rays take forever to become available. But, for the price, and the daily use of instant access, it still is worth it.

Yeah the biggest thing to watch for was already mentioned in that if say, Disc 1 is not available at the time, they will automatically default to Disc 2. What I usually do with popular series is move Disc 1 to the top, then put a buffer of a couple movies, then the rest of the series. As I receive one, I move the next one to the top so I get them in order. This just makes it so I don't have Disc 2 sitting on the table for a week because Disc 1 hasn't shown up yet.

How close are you to a center? I have 3 within 50 miles of me so I get my discs mad quick.
