Default Different Netflix question - surveys

What do they do with the responses to the periodic messages they send regarding when you received or when you sent disks? At first I answered them all truthfully. After some periods of dissatisfaction, I started giving false responses. I didn't want them delaying mailings on account of the fact that the mail got here faster than they expected. Now, I've completely stopped providing them free data. How do you all respond to these?

I just don't anymore. If their increase in Blu-ray inventory doesn't get rid of the typical "Long" or "Very Long" waits, I'm going to be canceling. I've been very disappointed with Netflix as of late.
