Default Where SHOULD sharpness be set?

I have heard so many people claim that the picture is most natural with the sharpness turned way down.

I have a Sony 65 inch rear projection that displays 1080i. I find that the picture will look the cleanest and most natural with the sharpness turned up. Of course if it is not blu-ray, this also means that some artifacts are more prevalent (most notably on the HDDVR from my cable company)

What do you feel is the best sharpness setting on your tv?
