Polk Audio TSi 300

Just a quick note to let everyone know how happy I am with my latest HT purchase. A pair of Polk Audio TSi300's & a CS10 center channel speaker. My old, small Sony satellite SS-MS5's speakers sounded OK, but at over 10 years old my CD's & Blu's needed sound quality from this century. Hooked them up just a few hours ago & added 2 of the MS5's as surround backs for a complete 7.1 system. First test, a few CD's.. OH MY GOODNESS! I forgot what real stereo separation sounded like! It's amazing how those small speakers could not handle a simple job of stereo sound? The distinction between L & R channel is unbelievable! Incredible punch & clarity! Test #2: 7.1 blu. I took portions of "Rambo' for a test drive & the sound of the additional channels is very distinct. Watched "Bank Job" in it's entirety & was amazed at the front surround separation & sound effects coming from the surround backs I swore I never heard before (watched that movie at least 4 times before?) Worth every penny & a great compliment to my Yamaha 663 & Sony PS3.
