Default Christmas player for mom?

Hey guys-
I haven't read this forum for sometime because I've been set with my player since Feb, but I want to get on for my mom for Christmas. I'm seing the samsung bdp-1500 on sale for $199 all over the place, and next week there is an insignia one for $169. I don't have to get complicated with audio codecs and whatnot for her but I want her to have a nice player that won't give her trouble. Should I go for one of these or do you guys have any better suggestions?

It's basicly the same scenario you would have at Christmas except it's a birthday. Just ignore that slight indescrepency and it's rather funny given the topic of this thread.

One more vote for the Sony S350... or the Panny BD-35. Both are VERY solid players for the money. Get whichever you can get for less $$$ (prob the S350).
