Those are wild! Could you use a round controller? I couldn't.

Interesting that the PS3 shown with the ball controller is the one we got. I wonder where in the development stages that was done, beginning, middle, end? I like the design of my shiny black monolith, though would have preferred it a bit smaller Don't think it looks so good when it's horizontal though, only vertical.

That controller is amazing. Not the round one the first one, it's slightly bigger than DS3 which is good for people like me with rather large hands...

The "PS9" was round. Anyone remember? Anyone at all?

that round controller triples the mass of the controller we currently use today...
i think PS controllers are hands down the best design. i hope there is never any needs to change them.

I want the damned Batarang dualshock 3 and a silver PS3 with card readers and 2 USB ports in the back, already. I thought that boomerang looked very comfortable and loved the clear buttons on the silver.

I thought that first one was just a fake. The second one looks too much like an old Betamax VCR, and if you look at the back of the third one, you'll see that the input setup looked a lot like the setup when the PS3 was first reveled (2 HDMI ports, 3 ethernet ports, 2 extra USB slots at the back, its a shame that they never at least kept the USB slots at the back). And a ball controller? That is just senseless.
