Favorite movie of the year - Blu-ray Forum

I know the year isn't over yet and that your favorite could come out any day but you also might already have on. So whats your favorite movie of 2008 so far and then come Jan. 1st come back to this thread and see if any thing has changed.I think this year has and will continue to be a good year for movies. It looks like there are a couple of good movie coming out in Dec. so the year looks like it's going to have a strong finish. Now it your turn to do the talking...........................

Besides the obvious TDK and Iron Man, Tropic Thunder and Role Models were a couple of my favs.

I haven't seen Role Models yet but i've been told by many people that it was good.

I think this will be my top five of the year considering not much more interests me this year. (I could be surprised though)

I liked Iron Man, but I haven't seen The Dark Knight yet.

Role Models was excellent. Great script and performances from Rudd and Scott. Definitely check it out

That movie looks pretty good but I don't know about the best of 2008.

I'm with you. I fully expect this to end up being the best of the year. As of right now, I'd probably say the very overlooked Charlie Bartlett.
