hey everyone just want to know if anyone knows of any online reviews for the new velodyne impact 12 i cant find any reviews online, if anyone has one or knows a site that has done a review plz post cheers.

These subs were introduced about a month or so ago. You have to wait at least 3 to 6 months for reviews to appear.

I got to sample a velodyne Impact 10 at Fry's today, boy this thing kicks butt. It was much more impressive than the VX-10 they have right next to it and almost louder than the 12" subs. feels like I was at a techno club when you get the baby turned up. I'm very impressed. Looks much nicer than the cheaper velodyne VX-10 which I was thinking of getting originally as well. Doesn't sound too boomy either, just nice delicious deep bass. Hope I can get it for less than $299 they are selling it for.

I have the impact 12 and it is much better than the JBL 8" that it replaced. The 1st thing I tried was Star Wars episode III. The scene where the large ship passes by the screen. This scene would just cause a huge slapping warble on the JBL, but the velodyne has no problem with it. I'm very impressed with this sub. For the price I don't think anything comes close.
