There's no way on this planet that we can answer this for you. There's hundreds, if not thousands, of media racks, shelving units and other methods to display movies.

You've got to look around and see what fits your needs and looks good in your situation with your budget.

If you want to see what some of us use, check out the Home Theater Pics thread. There's enough pictures there to keep you busy for a solid week.

These are the JJ solutions:

This rack I got from BB that spins and holds about, I'd say, 188 Blu-rays (If I had that many) - $45

and these nice shelves from Target that I use to hold my favorite DVDs. $15 for the 2' one, $20 for the 3' one.

((Mind the King Kong HD-DVD, I got one for free and I just keep it around sealed as a...whatever))

This is what I use. From Best Buy a couple of years back, they have similar options now.

You can buy many different styles of CD/DVD/Blu-ray racks online. You can also build one. It doesn't require that much talent. All you have to do is go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy a few basic tools, shelves, etc.

I would consider this now that I have a family member that likes to walk out of my house with something everytime he is over.

See, what I've done is set small remote timer-devices containing vials of some amount of female black widow spiders with each of my movies - any stolen, simple flick of a button ensures severe pain to the thief.

I've done the same thing to my 683s, only with Velociraptors.

Good lord, it's late.

If we just had a no thief clause at Christmas time, I would be fine. That is the only time I let him in my house. Most of the other people I know don't have problems with crack...

I'm telling you, raptor traps. I fear them ever turning on me, though.

Like my CD's, DVD's, and BD's i keep them all stored in my cabinet in my bedroom for a number of reasons

1: So my friends and relatives dont put their dirty fingers all over the disc when choosing what film they want to see ( as i have a film list on the computer)

2: Once i rip a music CD to my computer it goes straight to storage never to be opened unless absolutely necessary

3: Tidyness, it keeps my room tidy.

It drives me crazy when people get their dirty and oily hands all over the disk - let alone the data side. I never thought about having an e-list at my place for people to look at. I might steal your idea!

Ah yes, the Disney Vault

3: Tidyness, it keeps my room tidy.
You a very much like the Disney Vault

A walk-in closet, and a lot of stacking..... (it's not the ideal set-up, but it's working for now)

I use a couple of large plastic bins that have a pullout option that I keep under my bed. Each one holds about 80 movies, and you can find them at Target or Wal-Mart.

Yea, McLaren - those are GORGEOUS. If I had the space, I might look into mounting those somewhere!
