Default SteelBooks? Whats the Hype and where can I find them?
Whats the deal with these?

First of all I have never actually seen one sold anywhere.

Secondly, from what I have seen on this forum (and others) they arent that easy to get and ppl usually have to jump through some hoops.

Take teh recent Dark Knight steelbook FYE is supposed to have for Blu-ray. People aren't even sure if this is true.

Why isnt this listed officially and why doesn't supply meet demand.

Someone please explain to me how these work and why they are so hard to get.
