Default Has this happened to anyone else?

I was just watching Wall-E and found that it stuck in the "repair ward" sequence. The picture would lock up and then jump ahead haltingly. I took the disc out and found several big greasy fingerprints on it. Now I didn't do that since I am incredibly careful about how I handle my discs so it must have happened at the pressing plant. This is the second disc I've had exhibit this type of behavior and with the same cause. After cleaning, the discs played perfectly. Years ago I got a tour of the RCA record pressing plant in LA, and was amazed at how the LP's were handled; its a wonder ANY of them played. Anyone else experienced this type of problem?

I have, but not so much with new BD's. In the 5 or so years I have been using netflix I have had a total of 8 bad disc's. 4 of those 8 in the last 3.5 months all Blu's. 2 were scratched, 1 actually had chunk out of it, and the last one I got had a deformed spot on the disc, as if the laser they used to burn the copy from the master sat to long on one spot and created an asterisk looking deformity.

I have to check every disc now before I play it, I even started doing that with new BD's as well just to be sure. Was just used to them not being damaged/smudged.
