Default Panasonic DMP BD30 - Resume problem

latest firmware is installed. When I stop a B-R movie, it won't resume at that location. (not hitting stop twice) It goes back to the main menu each time. Same for all movies. Help.

Default Firmware or Certain BD's?

The same thing is happening to me with the 301 not resuming when I hit stop once. Thinking it maybe due to a recent firmware update, but not sure which update caused this anomoly. I also thought it might be caused by certain BD's, but I haven't tested this theory. If I find out more about this I will post again.

Default BD-J's will NOT Resume Play

BD's with Java content (BD-J's) will NOT resume play on any BD player. Examples of BD-J's include the Pirates of the Carribeann movies. Many BD's being released now have Java content, hence no ability to resume. However, some of these provide a bookmark feature that will allow you to return to the spot you left off after the BD reloads.

all BD-J title CAN'T RESUME no matter what model you have. It,s like this for now. Many use 'BOOKMARKS' i suggest you used that if it's available on the title
