Help Needed on Inetvideo orders - Blu-ray Forum

Can someone pls help me?

I have just placed an order from Inetvideo and there isn't any option I can find to review the status of my order.

This is my 1st time ordering at Inetvideo thanks to the ppl who have posted the hot deals at their website, however I want to review my order and know whether have my orders have been shipped.

Thanks for any help/advice given

hmmm, I have ordered from them twice. Have never tried to review the status of the orders but when they ship out, they will send you an email to inform you.

I don't think I've ever seen anything that looks like an order number, nor any place to type in such information on their website.

check ur email "checkout complete" .. its located at the bottom of the email .. click the link ..

Thanks MrOrange. I just checked via the link you have suggested, however there isn't any status on shipping available.

Only an overview on the titles i ordered and the cost.

This is my 1st time ordering so quite worried.

I did as you my first order more a week ago --- and just ask at support@... when he sent your pack !

I asked and day after get an info ... hope it will be soon from US to Hungary EUROPE !

ooo .. ur from spore .. i'm from indonesia .. hehehe

try chatting with them using the "LIVE HELP"

that's what i did .. they can't ship to Indonesia for some reasons so i transfered my orders to SF ..
