I have placed my order on the 13th December for 7 blu-ray discs.

Received email with the meesage as below on 16th December:

"This message confirms your order as detailed below. You will receive an email confirming the shipping of your order shortly."

Today, 18th December. My order still not shipped. *Faintz*

After 5 days...Oh My God...do they usually take this long to ship?

I ordered a dvd through Amazon with these guys over a week ago and am still waiting on it. This is my first experience with them, so I'm not sure if this is standard or not. The package will hopefully arrive soon though, since it's a Christmas gift.

I've heard the shipping takes a little longer through Inetvideo. However, you are saving some pretty decent money through them, i'm guessing. So i guess that is the trade off.

I believe they are based out of Quebec so if you are ordering for the USA that could be the delay.

Just saying, just because they have a USA office doesn't mean that that is were they ship from and doesn't excuse the fact that you have been waiting since Nov 15th.

i placed an order with inetvideo and they do come from quebec. my order took around 9 days. its a little slow but i got 5 movies for like 60 bucks so im not complaining. good titles too

I just bought Gangs of New York on Blu-ray through them via eBay. I bought it Tuesday, and it shipped today. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to get here.

I bought from inetvideo once. They'll send you a shipping notice three or four days AFTER they ship your movies. Sounds stupid, but that's the way it is.

Placed my order 10days ago. Emailed them 5 times.

No news from them. No email reply, no email for shipping confirmation, no nothing!....

Am I being ripped off? they were quick to deduct my money after 2days of my order on the 13th Dec, and they mysteriously vanished

No, you're not being ripped off. I bet you anything they shipped it without sending an e-mail (yes, they do that).

If it goes much longer, I would take some serious action. Give it till January 1st.
