Default Component connections to televisions question

I'm going to be running a set of Component cables to my television soon, apart from the usual HDMI cables - but due to my television being wall-mounted and the component connections being horizontal (pointing out) as opposed to the HDMI connections (which point down, vertical) - is there some kind of adapter I can use?

Is it as simple as the first item on this list?

No reason at all a right-angle adapter like that wouldn't work. Those look like good quality, too.

Is there not space to run them into the mount? While mine's not wall-mounted it uses the same kind of mount and there are holes in it to run cable through. It's a bit of a tight fit but it works well once it's all together.
