Poor customer service at Future Shop!

I know this is not a "hot deal" but just wanted to pass on an experience I have had with Future Shop that may make you want to think twice about shopping there. Last week I had placed an order for a Samsung Blu Ray Player which was a price error (when I added to the cart it showed $99 plus the 3 movies). I can understand that it was a price error but what suprized me is the way they have handled the situation. I received an e-mail that said they could not fulfill my order because they were out of stock at the location I selected for pick-up. I was at this location that same day and I could see they hand many in stock. All they have offered me for the inconvenience is 5% off my next online purchase. Obviously I am not impressed with this as they offer 10-20% off during there Customer Appreciation days. Needless to say I guess I am not an Appreciated Customer. I will no longer be shopping at Future Shop.
