The Customer Service Thread

I thought I'd start a thread for members to post their positive and/or negative stories regarding both B&M and Online retailer customer service. This thread exists not only to recognize retailers who go above and beyond for their customers, but also to potentially alert members hesitant to make first time purchases from merchants who may have a history of poor service.

*Please note, per forum rules, this is not an outlet to simply bash a store, so do not come in here just to post "[store]'s employees are morons and the store is a terrible place to shop." This is a thread to share your experiences, both good and bad
