Sorry looks like an stinker now,www.destroyallhumansgame.com. Yep...xbox360 only. Oh well...at least the first games were good that Pandemic Studios did. Not an important title to us anyways.

What kills me about this title being cancelled is it's because THQ claims that the Unreal Engine is too hard to make run on PS3.

Maybe they should have made that claim prior to a dozen UE3 games already being released eh?

If thats the case then i guess the new batman game coming next year is also going to be canceled, seeing how it also uses the unreal engine.

Karma is goint catch up to all these $%# developers next generation for screwing sony so much.

Yeah, because they got so freakin' comfortable with the DirectX way of doing things. Talk about being stupid lazy

I got confirmation from a big videogames French site that this game got cancelled because of difficulties in making the game for the PS3.

Another Microsoft payoff. If M$ touches Resident Evil 5 (ie canceling the PS3 version or exclusive DLC) i am going postal on them

Uhh...what? You really think that Microsoft paid off a mediocre developer for a weak game?

Right. Sure they did.

Funny thing is, Square Enix had difficulties with the Unreal 3 engine in Last Remnant for the 360 which was resulting in some texture issues and some animation lag. Kinda ironic

Honestly, the unreal engine excuse is old and dead now. If the developer canceled due to problems with that, it's due to their laziness/cheapness, not the engine anymore, I'd say. Too many other companies have released games and gotten over their issues with it. In reality, I'd guess, they cut the budget on this due to low expectations, did all the programming on a PC, and then decided it wasn't worth the investment to try and port it since it's gonna bomb anyway. Not that I don't hate unreal 3. I kinda do. Miss the old days when game companies made their own games from scratch. And ha ha on Last Remnant. Amusing.

Which was then changed today to say that the game IS coming out but only in Europe on PS3 and 360 on February 13th.

haha.. I said to me, I actually like those games and I was trying to go with wording that would explain to you how I see the series.

If I said ooh I like that series like I love Gundam you would look at me weird and walk away.

That's even more bizarre. They can't get it done now, they will release it in Europe, so they decide to *never* release it in the US?

Bwah? That's just silly.

An airline ticket to Europe would be very expensive.

Its not quite worth breaking my no online purchasing decision...

Gundam Anime's I would break that decision, but that would not extend to Amazon...
