Default Nip/Tuck Season 5 Part 1 - Where?

Where is the blu-ray version? There is a four, now.. uhh 5 should follow? Or did they give up, yet again?

I really am contemplating giving up buying tv series on blu until they get their act straight. First Rescue Me, then Lost, now Nip/Tuck. Crap!

What do you mean Lost? Are they not releasing it on blu-ray any more?

Yes, "Nip/Tuck - Season 4" did sell poorly so the show was abandoned on Blu-ray. I myself am as furious as disappointed about this and I won't be buying Season 5.1 on DVD (and neither "Rescue Me - Season 4").

What a horrible way to treat your customers.

It definitely does suck, but hopefully people don't give up on buying tv on Blu or it will happen with more and more sets.

As for Lost though, it does appear that season 1 and 2 will be coming to Blu.

I'd say it's likely they'll revisit these abandoned shows again on Blu-ray in the future though - once the market is larger.

It's also somewhat possible they'll just wait and put the complete S5 on Blu later as they didn't think people were willing to buy half season Blus

It annoys me that because Nip/Tuck's last season sold poorly in 2007 they wouldn't release future seasons. How many people have bought Blu-ray players in that span? Regardless, I didn't watch the 5th season when it was on TV because I was waiting for the Blu-ray but I guess I'll never see it now. At least it looks like the first 2 seasons of Lost will be coming this year.

I was really happy to read that Lost 1 and 2 were coming. Hopefully these other shows see the demand and release their missing seasons. Would be nice.

Do you understand that .1 make no sense. The only reason studios do that is to make more money. It's easier to charge 30$+ for half season on DVD than 60$+ for the whole thing. Maybe it will be release at a whole with .2 get released..
