Ok so i was wondering for those of you who have rear projections that use bulbs. The bulb gets hot while its on and then takes a while to cool down we all know. Its not great on the bulb to turn it on then off after only a few minutes of watching.
So here is my question. If you were watching tv and left for say 30 min to an hour. Do you turn your tv off then back on when you get home? Or do you leave it running till you get back? I guess I usually leave mine running. Lol just was thinking one day about if its better to turn it off for that 30 min. Would that put more stress on the bulb than say running for that 30 min while your gone? Just wanted to see what everyone else does. ![]() Last edited by TVguy86; 04-09-2009 at 02:59 AM. |
