If they release it in the UK, it will be released here. Since Disney has the worldwide rights, and it will sell 10x more in the US.

So if this is true, does that mean we are getting Monsters Inc, A bug's Life and finding nemo in 2009?

Finding nemo was pushed out of 2008 so that has to be in 2009 and there was talk about bug's life coming this year as well for its anniversary....so we are going to get 4 pixar? THAT IS AMAZING if true.

I guess it makes sense though. 2 pixar around the time Up comes to theaters and then Up and a catalog in the fall.

I have a feeling that if this is all true, we wil see A Bug's Life and Monster Inc in the summer and Finding Nemo and Up in the fall.

If Monster's Inc is coming, I'd put money on Disney announcing something at CES regarding all 3 of them

Wouldn't be too surprised as Up! (the lastest Pixar film) is being directed by Pete Docter, the same director as Monsters, Inc. But with that logic, that would mean we should have got The Incredibles with Ratatouille and Finding Nemo with Wall-E. But if this is true, then that would mean that '09 would see Nemo, Monsters and A Bug's Life all in the first half of the year, then we would only need to see the Toy Story films (which is obviously gonna be released as a trilogy set in the Fall of 2010), and The Incredibles (which hopefully will join Up this fall).

I don't think we will get The Incredibles as well. If anything we will see a total of 4 Pixar titles this year. Up! is one, Monster Inc looks like two. So now its a guessing games as to what is the other two if in fact we get 4 total.

Nice, I held off on Monsters Inc. on DVD back when, when I actually bought DVD's so I never got around to picking it up. Thus I'll definitely be picking this up a.s.a.p. Though personally I don't care for Finding Nemo (though I may get it) and definitely not A Bugs Life & I don't like the look of Up so far.

bugs life is already official for March is it not? Very excited for Monsters Inc., but I REALLY want Incredibles... we know Toy Story 1 and 2 will come with probably the theatrical release of Toy Story 3 (with movie bucks probably) in 2010

Why are we still all so dead-set on a catalogue title coming out with Up!?

Wall-E didn't have a catalogue title with its release.

Nothing is official until Disney has a press release made available to the public, until then it is nothing more than speculation

I'm not sure if this is posted elsewhere, but in the spirit of this thread, Finding Nemo is scheduled for 9/8/09 in the UK according to Amazon.

That doesn't surprise me. I suspect that we will have it here in the states same time. So its looking like nemo and up in the fall and monsters and bugs life in the summer. We might get lucky and see an annoucement at CES
