Interesting Simpsons TV Series Blu-ray Pre-release listing - Blu-ray Forum

Found these whilst browsing HMV's site:

Obviously could be a load of old tosh (like the magic place holder listings on Amazon for things that don't exist).

Looks like a Photoshop job to me. The case appears to be a snapper type blu-ray case but it has the cut-out section on the right-hand side just like the DVD cardboard outer box.

That's coz it says Artwork to be confirmed.

All webstores do that, taking the DVD artwork and plastering it on a template BD box in order to appeal before getting the ral artwork.

This release should be good, I never collected the DVDs so this will be great

I wonder if the artwork will be totally different or the same design...?

HMV is full of placeholders like this. Just use "PRERELBLU" as search keyword...

It's labeled "Complete Series", but Season 1 is pictured.

It says "Series 1" which is how Brits say "Season 1".
