Any Stamp Collectors Here? - Blu-ray Forum

I just acquired a crap ton of stamps from the 40's/50's and 60's. Not sure what to do with them. Lots of first run/day. Most all are in a plastic/paper case. All are in new condition. They are also 1,2,3,4 and 5 cent stamps with others in there as well.

i collect sports cards, stamps and coins. would like to get into paper money too. but its been awhile since i've bought anything..everything is so expensive!

Was thinking of selling them on ebay. However want to make sure it's worth my while.

Paper money is cool to collect. Just too expensive.

just browse ebay and see if you can find any of the stamps for sale on there. i'm not even sure if you'd have anything rare in there or not

edit: actually i just reread what you posted. if its all first day of issue, i bet you could get some dough for them. how'd you get them?

Someone gave them to me. I did look some up. However there tons of them.

I went through this bag of stamps and there are literally hundreds of them. Some I can't even find on ebay. There are TOO MANY! Where do I start? Should I just sell the whole thing as a lot and say it's a surprise on what you get? I also seem them saying stuff like the "gum" is fine or loose or gone. I don't know these terms.

Any suggestions?

if you want to go thru with selling individual..buy a stamp book and see what theyre worth
