Is that the movie with Clint Eastwood as a pilot that goes inside of the Soviet Union to steal some high-tech plane ? cause yeah this movie was fun watching.

I really like about 95% of the movie. The ending was flat. The DVD transfer was lousy. I would get the blu-ray immediately if it was available.

I agree this is one of Eastwood's best. it's part "Mission Impossible" and part "Iron Eagle" IMO.

I'm a huge fan of FireFox, but I'd like to see them recreate the final scenes of the movie from outside the planes when they're dogfighting. The original special effects today look really old and downright silly since we just didn't know any better back then. I'm not a huge fan of CGI(I prefer miniatures, real explosions, etc.), but I think it could serve this particular movie some justice, kind of like what it's done for the Enterprise and other starships/spaceships in the original Star Trek TV series.

If they give it this update, and release on Blu-ray, I'd be very happy.
