Default Sharp LC42D85U vs Samsung LN40A530

Hi,

Im wondering who wins in this battle...Im helping my dad pick out a tv, and he has picked out these 2.

Sharp LC42D85U
Samsung LN40A530

My vote is for the Sharp, it has the 120hz tech, 2 more inches(who doesn't want that) and I own one and have had no complaints. But Im open to all suggestions and advice.

Thanks

Not a fair comparsion. I'd take the Sammy over Sharp with those additional features 120hz and extra 2 inches with the Sammy. Why that Sammy??
