So which blue tooth headset would work with both the ps3 and my cell phone? Any of them? Is there one that is better for the ps3?

i could be wrong about some of those radioshack or swap meet brands, but they ALL should work for both your PS3 and your mobile.

even the dinky jabra ones.

My $5 Jabra Bluetooth headset works with my PS3.

Though the BEST one for the PS3 is the Official PS3 Headset by Sony.

As far as i know, and BT headset will work on both. Somehead sets will memorize 2 devices and connect to both at the same time. I use this and it works with my personal and work cell phones. Havent tried it with a ps3 and a cell phone.

The only limit should be if there are any models that your cell phone won't pair with, the PS3 and any modern bluetooth HS will be fine.

If you are using Zach Morris's phone there may be some problems.

I tried the official PS3 headset and liked my Plantronics 510 better so I switched back.

i dont like the ps3 bluetooth headset

i may sell it and get a regular usb mic

i hate it so much ive only used it for 5 minutes.....lol

the official headset is the bomb .. easy one button muting( for those annoying open mic games ) and displays the stuff on screen .. i had 2 motorola ones and didnt much care for either of them too much

The Aliph Jawbone is my favorite bluetooth BY FAR. Has noise cancelling and is pretty darn comfortable. Just be careful with the ear clips, they're not indestructable.

the original socom headset

i still have mine as a back up just in case but i cant stand having a wire after being wireless for so long

I'm happy with my Official PS3 Bluetooth Headset, but I have no basis for comparison. In general, I think people walking around with bluetooth headsets look like crazy people talking to themselves, or they look like d-bags, unless they're using it for safety while driving.

just take a little foamy ear cover that come with iPod earphones and put it on the PS3 earpiece. It fits wayyyy better and it won't irritate your ear when wearing it for long periods of time. And you'll be able to hear better because it will fit more snugly into your ear

If you hate having Bluetooth things in your ear why did you even buy it to begin with?

Its like saying I bought the latest motorcycle eventhough I hate motorcycles and I now want to go buy a bicycle.

That's why I want mine, for the ps3, and to use if someone calls me while I am driving. I refuse to hold my phone while driving, especially since I have a manual transmission.

not if you put the foamy thing on it

seriously, it makes a lot more comfortable. and you can fit it in your ear better so you can actually hear better too

I have the h300 well actually its laying on the floor because it SUCKS SO BAD... If I even get it to work when I sync it up if I turn the ps3 off then there is no way to get it working again without over writing it again and entering the password ... and sometimes even that doesn’t work!
