Default Blockbuster Previously Viewed Blu-Rays!!

Just got home from a stop at Blockbuster where one of their associates told me that starting Feb. 1st, they're gonna start selling previously viewed blu-rays for $16.99 each.
They won't be included in any of the 4 for $20 or other DVD deals they offer, but that's still not a bad price.

I've been waiting for this. However, I fear they won't be selling them in their trademark blue cases. If so it will be a no sale for me.

Well, this isn't a hot deal, as of yet...but if they come with the artwork, I have spare cases I can use so its cool

I hate the cases they use for Blu-ray rentals, hopefully they won't sell them in those, but seeing how they sell the dvds they will most likely sell them like that. I remember seeing GTA IV for the PS3 in one of those cases with a huge Blu-ray Disc logo on it

From sleevetown.com, very cheap. And you have a choice between 2-disc or single disc.

Artwork can be printed off.. have yet to try this myself though.

printing the artwork might not be necessary, but in any case it does work well providing your printer does pictures well, I have pics of some covers I printed, and when on my shelf you can barely tell the difference

I'd think that depends on the titles that they sold, if it is older catalog titles then I will agree with you because then you could get them off the forum here brand new possibly for less than that, we will have to wait and see

Well, you know they won't sell new releases before at least 2 months or so after coming out and usually by that time they will be cheaper on Amazon and tax free, just my .02 cts...

It is good for Blu, but I am shocked they are not over priced like everything else at Blockbuster. Depends on the title if it is worth it and I agree I hate their cases.

Traditionally Blockbuster has sold DVD's in their original cases. {that's in Canada, not sure what it's like in the 'States}

I stocked up on standard cases and I can print up artwork.

This is great news for me. Blockbuster is sitting on a high quantity of rental copies of movies that haven't recently moved and I want to buy. I'll gladly inspect the disc before I leave the store and if it is in pristine condition take it home for $16.99.

So, where does one find artwork on the internet that one can print copies of the original BD packaging art?

Anyone have some links?

i was told that they get the all the rental blurays in those ugly plastic cases. the only ones that come in the original cases are the ones that are originally for sale.
