AAC, MP3 etc. on PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

When I rip a CD to the PS3's HDD the frequency of those files are 44.1 kHz, but when I play them back the PS3 plays them back at 48 kHz. Is there a way to prevent this ? Would like to play the back at 44.1 kHz not 48 kHz.

You should be able to fix that by going into the audio settings and disabling 48 KHz output on whatever connection you are using, iirc.
