Can’t wait! Still love the Netflix series but I’m sure this will be way better. That opening titles for the Netflix Daredevil is going to be extremely difficult to improve upon

Nothing will top the Netflix show but I am freakin' excited for this one.

Let's hope it's not pointless Disney-humor mixed with 2000's CGI. Just make a damn good grounded story.

There's no way it'll be better than the Netflix series.

I’m confident that more than just the two headlining actors will be involved in this, more will be brought in from the previous series…if anything, more money will be thrown at this than Netflix put into it. Better sets, better cameras, more “on location” shooting, better special effects, larger cast & extras, a higher grade of costumes, and better fight choreographers…an expanded marvel universe connection allowing Daredevil team-ups with the possible likes of Spidey, Deadpool, Blackwidow v.2, and more. Potential is extremely high for this series. I do believe that I will never dislike or forget the Netflix version. And while it’s possible that it may not be better, Disney’s track record with their current run of shows and past offerings bodes extremely extremely well

Well, while I haven’t read every Daredevil comic, I believe the fights/violence will be handled just fine and comic accurate up to at least the late 90’s, real life criminal language will definitely suffer on Disney plus but at the same time real life criminal language consists of a vocabulary of about 50 words, half dozen cuss words and things like ima kill you, your a dead man, and those words used in threats or aggrandizement, so in an hour episode I won’t miss it either way. The interpersonal relationships involving sex appeal and sex in general for a blind guy are not needed as he can’t see. Netflix was fun, but I personally wouldn’t want a showtime or HBO version of Daredevil… but that’s just me Monty

Marvel Studios and by extension Marvel licensed movies and TV shows are thus far the only TV-MA and R rated content on US Disney+.

Marvel Zombies is supposed to be TV-MA as well so take that as you all will.

The Netflix series is INCREDIBLE. I adore it. I'm so happy the same cast is coming back. I have no idea if it'll share continuity or tone with that show but I don't care. Can't wait.

Incredibly happy Daredevil is saved, and I would not be shocked if the series stays TV-MA since they brought the series from Netflix to Disney+ without editing and we are getting a TV-MA animated Marvel Zombie which shows they are open to do more than just TV-14/PG-13 TV series or movies.

Cool that Disney is revising Daredevil. I’m still hoping they’ll revise Luke Cage. It didn’t get a lot of buzz on Netflix, but I thought it was still entertaining before it was cancelled

Supposedly Krysten Ritter is coming back as Jessica Jones and there's rumors Marvel is trying to get Mike Colter back. Finn Jones as Danny Rand/Iron Fist is the only one they're (so far) not bothering with. Luke Cage was fine but I didn't like the 2nd season as much, which was opposite of Iron Fist where 2nd was much better. I'm choosing to believe Netflix isn't canon until the events are directly referenced and will eventually be explained away as the standard "MULTIVERSE!" designation, so I'd be fine with them skipping Luke Cage and Iron Fist and just doing Heroes for Hire with Mike and whoever they cast as Danny Rand for 616... and then re-introducing Simone Missick as Misty and Colleen as Jessica Henwick so we can get Daughters of the Dragon eventually. Those two teamups are more interesting to me than the individual shows.

If the title is actually coming from where it comes from, then the Netflix shows would absolutely have to be canon, or at least parts of it.

Wow, an 18 episode season of a Marvel show on Disney+? That's nuts since that's 3 seasons worth of their other shows.

More of a knock on Disney than anything else. Obviously I'm happy to be getting another Daredevil series and the season actually being long for once.

I'd also be thrilled if they do actually bring back Krysten as Jessica Jones. While I thought the show struggled after a great first season, and I never bothered to watch the 3rd season after knowing the whole Marvel universe was dead on Netflix and being so disappointed with Season 2, I thought she was great as Jessica Jones.
