Cool First Timer Needs Setup Help

my equipment is listed below. I am watching Transformers and I am not sure what the best setting is on my 805. What setting would maximize my setup? Are there any other settings I should change on my 805? Thanks

EDIT: I keep reading about bitstreaming, but I am not sure where that setting is on my blu ray

For bitstream, set BD Audio to Direct. The player and receiver will use the HDMI handshake to negotiate a bitstream connection. That's not real clear in the manual. I'm not familiar with the Onkyo settings.
