ehh, he could claim accidental, emotional distress if he was upset and failed to put it in drive

I'm going to go with vehicular assault and attempted murder. When you mess with a law enforcement officer..... you can expect to be charged with the most severe crime possible even if the actual offense will only loosely fit in the parameters for that charge.

This driver was in a hurry, why? Poope in pants, i don't know.

Why the rush? Getting there early only gets me waiting/moping/wasting time. Last time I checked with the boss, I don't get bonuses for arriving early. I could have been enjoying music in the car instead. If I'm late, oh well. Better than something like this happening.

Driving is fun, I can drive the same exact route day after day for an hour &a half each way. Driving never gets old. Too bad driving is a chore for some people.
