Denon questions

I'm looking at the Denon 789, it will probably suit me just fine. The problem is that the best price for it comes from TheNerds.net, and they aren't listed as an authorized dealer on Denon's website. Comments?

Next, what about Denon refurbs, the prices are great, but the warranty is only 90 days, and they've been fixed once already? Comments?


Last, there's a good price, $499, on the Denon 2308CI, but it's last year's model, with some differences between it and the 789. It was originally a higher end model last year, and has 2 HDMI inputs, while the 789 has 3. Comments?
