Robert England is a face of horror.....

As a saw fan, Tobin Bell doesnt scare me, just makes me feel uncomfortable because of his lust for blood..lol.....

Nope, not even close. He did 3 arguably good/decent Saw films followed by 2 and a potentially 3rd really really $hitty sequels.
