thats a decent system, comes with an Ipod dock and a s-air speaker that you cant take anywhere within i think 170 feet of the reciever and have music play out of it. Not a bad price either considering its 499 and up at retail stores.

How do you get the power to drive the speakes wirelessly? I don't think that batteries are going to cut it for quality sound. There's got to be a way to hide the wires or don't even bother with the rears.

Some wireless units allow you to connect the speakers to a remote unit and plug it into the wall. Either way wireless speakers are not that great right now. Most use the 2.4 GHZ frequency that cordless phones, cell phones and remote controls use so they can cause problems with the way these items function. Maybe one day someone will develop a wireless system that operates with Blue tooth technology. That's they only way I could see a wireless system being of any real quality.
