Is anyone using or tried the wireless units from LG or BB Rocketfish.I know it's not the correct way, but it's a way in a cramped space.
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Rocketfi...&st=rocketfish I live in an apartment and hiding wire and having a toddler trying to pull on said wire is a big pain. Thanks for any incite. Last edited by wesnah; 03-17-2010 at 11:37 AM. |

Personally, I've never used any. I know there are ones at places like Home Depot that come with double sided tape, or screw options.
There are also options for wires run across a floor where it is a rubber channel that creates a slight hump. Another option is a track that sits along the baseboard. Sorry that I could not be more help. |

I had the rocketfish for a while. It worked well, but I could tell the sound was not as crisp when they were wired directly. Also the kit is underpowered and at the beginning of transformers 2 my rear speakers were clipping which really frustrated me. Other than that I had very few issues. The system is very easy to hide which was a huge waf for me.

I use the Rocketfish to run speakers in my kitchen for music (signal is sent from a receiver in my living room) - works pretty well on a small set of sony sb-1000s - however, it does pick up interference from the microwave (no surprise), but other than that, its seems to have plenty of power to run a small set of speakers
