Default quiet pc that can play games at 1080p?
So do such things exist within a reasonable budget? Under 1.5K.

Games I'd like to play at 1080p include strategy and rpg games. I would not be playing the latest games. I usually wait for the ultimate edition of games to come out and by then the game is a few years old.

The PC I have now is quieter than my PS3 but it won't play Medieval 2 Total War at 1080p unless I have it on low quality settings. I need the PC to be quieter than the PS3.
