Default Full band on T90e polks?

I dont know what settings (hertz) I should put for my speakers can you guys help me? I have a 7.1 set-up.

Center: Polk CS2
Left and Right: Polk T90e's
Surround Left, Right: Polk RM6750
Rear Left and Right: Polk RM6750
Subwoofer: Polk RM6750 subwoofer

Should I use full-band and double bass or will that ruin the sound from the T90e? Or should I only leave the entire bass to the subwoofer?

Thank you!

I run a pair of T90e speakers as my fronts.

The T90e speakers are best set as "small" when a subwoofer is incorporated into the system. To be sure, they are gorgeous-sounding speakers, but they do fall short at the lowest frequencies. Really, there aren't many speakers of their size which really benefit from being set as large. Setting them as small with a crossover point also lessens the receiver's burden on producing low-frequency audio to them.

I have my T90e speakers crossed over at 90Hz right now.

Set the speakers to small and then set the crossover in the receiver to 80hz for your fronts and your rears. Then set your sub to 120hz in the receiver

I have the T-90Es as my two fronts and I run them as large speakers with my subwoofer set to "plus" and the crossover set at 50hz. This sends the full signal to the fronts and everything below fifty to the sub.

I have an xpa-3 driving the fronts so their is plenty of power for the low-end.

I would recommend no lower than 60 realistically. Frequency response is down to 38hz, and you want to give some headroom there for rolloff. I ran my 60's at 80hz, and it's the same speaker.

By taking the load off of the fronts and putting that work where it belongs with a proper subwoofer, your entire setup is going to sound better.

*sneaks in, writes the information down and sneaks back out* Thanks OP for the question. Never would have thought of asking it myself! Got relatively close to the same setup front wise, and I'm going to tinker with it when I get home.

I just helped my cousin set up his T90e's. We played test tones to see what the speakers would actually reproduce. At 50hz it was -7.5db, at 63hz it was -1.5db. We chose a 60hz crossover for the T90e & 80hz for the center. I never use double bass.

That's probably a really good crossover point.
