Quicktime Playback audio drops out

I have taken the New Star Trek trailer and used quicktime pro to put it to a mp4, used passthrough and same for the audio. I did the exact same thing for the transformers trailer.

On the start trek trailer, the Audio stops half way through the trailer. I have tried different ways of doing this but it still stops and the video continues.

I have no problems with the transformers 2 trailer, and it was converted the same way.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to fix this.

of and FYI it plays fine on my computer. audio is fine.
