PSN email question - Blu-ray Forum

i have recently decided to get rid of my website/space thus going with it will be my email .. which is the one i use for my PSN account .. i tried to log onto it last night and change the email on account to my gmail one .. but it wouldnt accept it as a valid email to use ..

so my question is .

does anyone know what would happen if i dont have a valid email set up with them ( in other words i cancel my webspace , so the email is no longer a valid one ) i dont want to set up another free email jsut for this reason and i plan to contact them about it as well .. but will it cause anykind of an issue .im assuming not as i believe people who have made foriegn accounts dont always use a real email .. but i thought id ask anyway

I can't say for sure, but I think it'd be fine, as long as it never needs to send you a verification e-mail, which I don't think it does. Just curious though, what message is it giving you while rejecting the g-mail one?

says its a invalid email ... ive heard from others that some free emails dont seem to be recognized ..
