Default Have You Ever Had Sleep Paralysis?

I had this this morning.

It was about 5:00 am and I was laying on my stomach and I felt something holding my back down and I could not move I also felt long nails being dug in to my back it was freaky as hell!

If that ever happens to me, it will be my better judgment doing it for trying to get up at 5 am in the first place ....

one time...I drank too much...no, not last night...

and, I fell asleep on the bathroom floor hanging into the tub....yeah...rough night...well, I woke up and my whole ribcage was asleep!!!! it was the worst feeling...breathing hurt and tickled at the same time...I will never do that again!!!

Also, I have slept on my arm backwards multiple times and had to lift it up onto my chest with my other hand!!! It felt like it weighed 20lbs...truly awesome...

You know what, I was just about to post that too. I fell asleep with my legs raised up on my suit case after arriving home from a flight. The phone rang and I jumped up and almost snapped both ankles!!!

I had to play it off, lol - I did a push up then sat right back down and waited for everyone to file out of the auditorium before I tried standing up again. Talk about embarrassing.

I made a thread about this a while ago and ive had one very weird night since then.

1. I woke up had paraylisis, calmed myself, thought i was sitting up right, when i realized i was really just hallucinating (no drugs in my life, wasn't drinking that night) and that i was really still asleep. Once I realized I was asleep, I thought I had came too again woke up, but the lights were on and somebody had written on my TV in white

"This is real. We were here"

it was so vivid, but so unrealistic, i realized i was still dreaming, woke up had an episode of sleep paralysis again, figures and stuff in teh room. calmed myself, woke up again. got out of bed, couldn't figure out if this was real, so i called my gf (i was finally awake!).

I hate dreams like that when you dream that you woke up and then stuff happens....I had a dream where I woke up, yawned, looked around, and then my dog jumped through the window smashing the glass and growled at me. At that time I had a barbell bench with my robe resting on the barbell. Only the robe started flying around and when it turned to me it was a wraith or phantom. I could not move or scream or anything. When I did wake up I saw an afterimage of that wraith on the wall that remained until my eyes re-adjusted.......

I use to have this sleep paralysis...

Now, I cannot sleep with any form of covering up to my neck. I always have to have at least one arm out from under the covers. For some odd reason this has worked for me. Anytime I keep my arms under the covers, and the covers up to my neck I get the paralysis.

Ive done this for many years now. My first experience, it felt like the covers were holding me down and I knew what was going on around me but could not move. I tried for a few minutes butnothing...then all of a sudden I shot right up.

The next time it happened, I actually saw a shadowy figure standing at the end of my bed, and there was a tall mirror in the room with a green laser light emitting from it scanning the room. Really crazy trippy sh*t.

Long story short, I always sleep with at least one arm out from under the covers.
