What Do You Do When You Can't Sleep? - Blu-ray Forum

Yeah I slept at 10 today but woke up a few hrs later. Now i'm wide awake even though I know I have to wake up for school in 5 hrs {It's 1AM right now} so i'm trying to do homework I procrastinated on today.

So what do you do when you are still up at ridiculously late hours of the day?

I usually turn on World of Warcraft and just mess around til I'm about to pass out...it helps.

I typically get out of bed and watch television for thirty minutes or so. I then try to go back to sleep.

Surf the net, check this forum, Watch a Blu sometimes. Play a Game until sleep settles in, I then lay down and end up asleep.

I can usually be energized or relaxed on just 4 hours asleep per a night. I usually just try to think stuff that bores me.

I have a noise maker machine next to my bed. I put on "waves" and I'm out in 5-10.
