Default Power DVD issue

Hey everyone recently I've been having problems watching my Blu-rays with power dvd. I think its Power DVD 8, it came with my Liteon br drive. Anyways it was working fine until about a month ago, now it plays the first 5 seconds of the movie then freezes. I figured it must be my videocard (I have XFX 8800GT alpha dog which came overclocked but I must underclock it to let me actually play games and watch movies). After trying a few different clock settings no matter what i set it to the blu rays still wouldnt play. I just bought final fantasy 7 and god damn i gotta watch it asap. Any help is welcome.

Seen many people have issues with the provided player software(s)...

Try ArcSoft TMT 3:

Also, consider getting the Full version of PowerDVD 9 Ultra
