I have searched the internet high and low and haven't seen a release date or even rumors of a complete box set release. I know Rocky 1 and 6 have gotten the Blu-Ray treatment, but what about everything in between? Certainly everyone wants to see Rocky take out Mr. T, Drago, and Tommy Gunn in high definition. I know Sony owns the rights to all 6 Rocky movies, so there shouldn't be any rights issues. It would be nice if they included some of the deleted scenes from Rocky 5 in the Blu-Ray release(some of them are rather interesting). I see that Sony has green-lighted the Bond series for Blu-Ray release this fall, so why are they waiting so long to put the entire Rocky series on Blu-Ray?

Actually, doesn't Fox own most of the Rocky series? And that's who greenlit the 007 movies for MGM.

Fox owns 1-5, so a box set of all six films is unlikely.

But I would love a 1-5 set from Fox!

Rocky was MGM/UA property, and Sony bought out MGM a few years ago, unless I'm mistaken. Also the complete series box set for Rocky 1-6 has been released on DVD.

i just dvr'ed rocky 2-5 on film hd and really am dying to get these films.

i wish fox would release them somehow. i'd even double dip on 1 and 6 if I have to buy them in a set

This would be great.I haven't bothered buying the first Rocky on blu simply because of the lack of all the extras on the DVD.

Would love to hear Stallone do commentaries for II through V,the ones he did for Rocky and Rocky Balboa are excellent.
