Default Kudos to Fox Digital Team

Thought I'd share a nice positive story.

I'd installed the digital copy that came with the blu-ray of the 'X Files I Want to Believe' movie on my PC. A few weeks later I had to reformat and didn't get chance to back anything up (don't ask). When I got around to re-installing the x-files movie, it told me the licence key was already in use (which of course it was - by my first installation).

So I e-mailed the Fox Digital Support Team and 24 hours later they send me a nice e-mail and unlocked the code so I could re-install the digital copy, which I have done with no probs.

It's nice to get such great service, kudos Fox team!

PS It didn't like installing the digital copy into a Watched Folder on my system, crashed BSOD when I tried - after realising the problem I had to remove the folder from the watched list in media player, then add it back after copying - might help others if they get that problem.
