Blu-ray In Dash Player - Blu-ray Forum

Im sorry if im posting this in the wrong category but are there any in car blu ray players?

Not any that I know of...... I'm content with the quality of the In-Dash DVD player I have...... one of the major advantages to Blu-ray is the audio.... and I don't have the Dolby-Digital decoder (yeah, it's not built in

) for my in-dash.... so I'm not even sure what audio it's playing... but it's not that important to me.... Tire and road noise are a big issue when you have jeep

I have enough concert DVDs to keep me happy on road trips.

i hear you i have a 2000 BMW. i took out the stock radio and replaced it with a kenwood excelon 991. Kenwood has this new 7 inch touchscreen GPS unit that has everthing i need. I could never understand the need for DVD's when im driving. I thinks its more of a if you have kids thing. I just wanted to know if a blu ray receiver is coming soon. I dont want to spend 1k and the next day have a better alternative arrive.
