Question Blade Runner case question

Okay, I just picked up Blade Runner, the thick case version. However, when I pulled off the shrink wrap, the the plastic on the bottom of the spine fell off. On top of that, the back part of the plastic that connects to the spine was split about halfway down the case. Has anyone else had this problem, or is it just my bad luck

Mine didn't have that problem, although the clear vinyl had some wrinkles in it.

My case doesn't hold all of the movies because a couple of the buttons are broken, too bad I didn't keep my receipt or I probably could've gotten Best Buy to give me a new one.

On second inspection, yeah my plastic has wrinkles on it. On top of the banged up case, the cover art on the back side has some holograpic scratches Even one of the disks were dislodged, but thankfully, blu disks don't scratch very easily.

When I pulled the packaging off of the case the plastic ripped and the cover artwork ripped along with it. The case also has plenty of wrinkles as well. The contraption holding the discs in the middle falls out every time I open the case as well.

I got mine from Amazon and when it got to me in their nifty well packed envelope they use to mail things in now it was in pieces! The other blu-ray I got along with it was the same way it's case was broken to pieces. I just had Amazon send me replacements for both.

I would if I could. I got it from a place called Manifest Disks and Tapes, where it is a place to trade movies to get more, and to kick things off, there are only two in my state. In short, where I got mine from, they only had one copy.
